Mission Statement

The Locus mission is to apply our proprietary, computational-directed technology to accelerate discovery and development of novel small molecule drug therapies, primarily for the treatment of cancer and inflammation. We seek to apply this technology foremost to internal development of novel therapeutic entities and secondarily to leverage the broad application of this technology to revenue generating partner collaboratiions. The application of our proprietary computational drug design technology integrated with our in-house chemistry, biology and crystallography expertise can allow substantial compression of time and cost of drug development.
